Today, we operate a 240+ officer roster, a 24/7 dispatch center, and the most rigorous training pipeline in the Greater Toronto Area.

Our Story
From a single patrol car to a regional force.
The Early Years
2009 — Founding
RSF Guards launches as Raising Security Forces — a construction-sector security specialist with a small team and one patrol vehicle, focused on after-hours site protection and access control.
The 2010s
2014 — Dispatch & CCTV
We open our first 24/7 monitoring center and add remote CCTV oversight as a service line.
2020 to Now
2021 — Expanded coverage
Coverage expands across the Greater Toronto Area with operations in Mississauga and Brampton. Body-worn cameras become standard issue.
