Security Supervisor
Security supervisors own field operations for a portfolio of client sites. You schedule, coach, and back up officers — and you are the on-call escalation point when something goes sideways at 2 AM.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and supervise 6-12 frontline officers
- Run site visits and quality audits each week
- Respond to escalations and step in to cover gaps
- Coach officers on incident-response and reporting
- Maintain client relationships at the operational level
Requirements
- 3+ years frontline security experience
- Prior supervisory or team-lead experience
- Strong written communication and report-writing
- Comfortable with on-call rotation and night escalations
- Ontario Security Guard License required
