Surveillance Operator
Our Mississauga operations center watches live CCTV feeds for clients across the Greater Toronto Area. Surveillance operators triage events, escalate confirmed incidents, and dispatch field officers or law enforcement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor up to 16 live CCTV feeds during a shift
- Triage AI-flagged events and confirm incidents
- Dispatch field officers and law enforcement when warranted
- Maintain detailed incident logs and timestamps
- Coordinate with client points of contact
Requirements
- 1+ year in CCTV, dispatch, or operations-center work
- Strong attention to detail across long monitoring periods
- Clear written communication for incident logs
- Comfortable with rotating shifts including overnights
- Familiarity with VMS platforms a plus
