Site Security Coordinator

Site security coordinators are embedded with a single client account, running the day-to-day security program from inside their facility. You become their security leader, with RSF's resources behind you.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end security program for one major account
• Manage on-site officer roster and supervisor rotation
• Run weekly site briefings with client facilities team
• Coordinate incident response and after-action reviews
• Report monthly to client executives on program metrics

Requirements

• 5+ years security operations leadership
• Track record managing multi-officer security programs
• Executive communication and stakeholder management
• Ontario Security Guard License; armed authorization a plus
• Comfortable working out of a single client site daily
